“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love The Cupcake Kitchen! Every time I come, I’m blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything is. My personal favorites are the Italian Cream Cake and the Almond Raspberry – they are pure perfection. I also can’t get enough of their Wedding Cake flavor. This time, I branched out and tried the German Chocolate Brownie, and it was just as amazing as I hoped. Honestly, I don’t think they make a single thing that isn’t delicious. The shop itself is super cute inside – cozy, welcoming, and always spotless. There’s never a long wait, and the staff are so friendly and helpful with recommendations. It’s the kind of place that makes you smile the moment you walk in. “This place is amazing. I originally found the Cupcake Kitchen on Doordash. Placed 3 or 4 orders and loved every cupcake I tried. Then a couple weeks ago I was walking downtown and saw their store front. Needless to say I walked out with 6 cupcakes and a dozen of their Melt away cookies. These cookies remind me of my mom's baking during the holidays. Thank you for a wonderful nostalgic experience. I will definitely be back often!! “Our crew rolled into The Cupcake Kitchen in full emergency-mode: Code Sugar Red. Morale was low, cravings were high, and the situation was deteriorating fast. Fortunately, this place saved us faster than caffeine on a Monday. The only real problem? Choosing just six cupcakes. SIX. That’s like asking someone to pick their favorite child while the rest stare at you in betrayal from behind the glass. Every flavor looked like it had been handcrafted by angels with excellent piping skills. Naturally, we also had to grab treats for the pups — because how dare we come home smelling like frosting without bringing tribute? (They inhaled theirs in 0.27 seconds, which we take as a rave review.) The staff? Super friendly. The owner? An absolute delight. The cupcakes? Life-altering. Our sugar levels? Unstable, but spiritually thriving. If you’re anywhere near Chattanooga and don’t stop here… we don’t know what to tell you. Reevaluate your choices.
